This is a big event for which PPMA (Pacific Pearl Music Association of Thousand Oaks) and SBCAA (Santa Barbara Chinese American Association) worked together diligently for more than half a year. We have a top-notch theatre and a fresh and delightful program of singing, dancing, music instruments and martial arts.
