Montage Community Concert

This one-hour concert is a curated collage—a montage—of different classical music performance genres, introducing the audience to a variety of styles. This event represents an exciting and ongoing collaboration between CAMA and the UCSB Department of Music. Modern stage lighting and unique multimedia will lend captivating visuals to live music performances ranging from Armenian children’s songs (Isabel Bayrakdarian) to a piano four-hand performance (Lucía Álvarez Núñez and Alvise Pascucci) and a range of student musician sets. Guests will also be treated to the world premiere of a composition for voice and piano by Sarah Gibson, Breath’d back again.

All concert attendees welcome to post concert reception with cookies and beverages. Spanish translation services will be available for the entirety of the program.
