The Santa Barbara Junior High Performing Arts Club presents this hilarious, fun musical! In 1977 Philadelphia, a nightclub singer witnesses a murder, not realizing her boyfriend is a member of the mob. The police agree to hide her as a witness undercover as a nun in a Catholic convent until the trial comes. She teaches the nuns to sing, bringing in many people and much-needed money to the church, but also starts to get national attention for her efforts, including the attention of the mobsters looking for her!
